Submariner regulation
I'm sure this question has been asked a hundred times, but I'll ask it again.
I have a Submariner 14060M four line, very good condition except it runs Bout 5 seconds a day fast. That said, I know it is with in COSC specs, but I'd like to slow it down a bit. The question is, do the recommend regulation positions from Rolex still apply to this model? Crown down to loose a few seconds etc,etc....? Any help is appreciated. |

I think it may depend on the watch itself. My Explorer 1 (ref. 2014270) runs +4. I regulate it by storing it in the watch box, in a crown-down position and it maintains 0 when not in use. But whenever I use it again, it will run from +2 to +4.
My SubC Date (ref. 116610LN) though runs at 0, whether I use it or stored at its normal upright position. And yes, I am also curious to know how I can slow down my Explorer 1 with normal use. It's a fairly new piece which I got just last January of this year. Can RSC do something about it? |

I have the same 'problem'. My 14060m runs about + 7 (+ 3 in the night while stored, +4 during the day).
I am now checking what position is best to slow time (so far dial down). |
