Tudor Black Bay On the Way!

New Tudor Black Bay M79230B-0008 incoming on Tuesday!!

This is my "replacement" as I have gifted my other watches to my adult children upon reaching various milestones. I knew that I wanted to provide one to each of them and I've nearly fulfilled that wish.

My father gifted me with a Datejust Thunderbird when I graduated from college and I have since gifted it to my middle son who is the first of my kids to graduate from college.

I inherited my fathers Datejust 1630 about six years ago and recently passed it along to my oldest son on his 25th birthday, he is now wearing it daily.

My last piece, an Explorer, is now tucked away in the safe for my youngest son, who will be graduating from college very soon.

The BB will be my last watch...for now...

Sounds like you are a great Dad with a plan! I was a one watch guy for 30 years and gifted it to my son when he turned 25. I love the idea of gifting watches as they are so personal and last for generations. Congratulations!

Congrats!! Love hearing these gifting stories. I also love seeing my dad's 16013 on my daughter's wrist!

Wonderful. I can hardly think of anything better than having 3 sons... well, maybe having 3 sons and gifting each them something as special as a Rolex. Thank you for sharing!

I like the dispersal method and always great to get the kids involved. Enjoy the new BB!
