I love impulse buys, it lets me know I'm not alone in the world. Very nice, and always a pleasure to see pics.

I bought a TAG because it was supposed to be a great watch. I wear my watch 24 hours a day. I am not gentle. Within a few months of buying the TAG I had a huge gouge in the bezel (I have the women's link ss TAG, with the smooth polished bracelet and bezel). I took the TAG in and they tried their best, but you can still see the gouge in the bezel. Within the first few months the polished stainless bracelet looked horrible. I bought my Rolex a year after buying the Tag. Prior to that I wore a Seiko for 8 years and it still looks great! My Rolex does have a few tiny scratches, but I have been wearing the Rolex for 2 years now. I even shattered the Rolex crystal and hardly any dings. So, good luck with the TAG, but mine sits in a watch box at home....For me the Rolex has been great! If I buy any other watches they will be Rolex. Hopefully you will have a better experience than I did, though TAG did send me a nice baseball cap that I wear often! |

Before my Rolex/Breitling, I wore a TAG since I was about 9 years old. Never had a single problem with any of them. In fact, I was wearing my 2000 Professional when I wrecked my motorcycle. Got dragged across the pavement, scratched up the bezel, but kept ticking. I think they're great watches and don't deserve the bad rap they get. I'll post pics of mine in a tad.
EDIT: and I think the one you bought is SWEET! |

Very nice watch! This is indeed my favourite Tag Heuer watch to date! Made a topic about it a while back on this forum. So much watch for a good price and a very rugged yet great looking one that will last like any others. Big congrats again and enjoy in good health!

Here's my 3 ... the Blue F1 was my first. The small one was in the accident (you can see the scratched bezel) and the other is a MOP Aquaracer with diamond markers. Love them all!

From experience thats a great watch. I bought one myself a while ago and wear it regularly. Nice, heavy, robust, all around goodlooking. I'm definitely enjoying it. Let us know your views on it in a couple of weeks. I also bought the rubber strap.

Thanks for the positive feed back. 2100 after 20% disc is a lot for impulse buy but, hey!they gave me a box of tag golf balls, a pair of tag sunglasses, and a tag polishing rag. Considering i dont play golf I say it was a good deal :)

How is the weight compared to your Rolex?
