I dislike the idea of pumping a lot of money in a watch because
1: Purely speculative - theoretically the price could go down immensly since there is no real value to have the money in the product (outside of the watch being amazing to wear) Unlike stocks (or even bitcoin which i'm not personally a massive fan of) there is no real logic in expecting future growth. The fact that things are going up now is no guarantee that it'll always be that way. 2. Lets say that a bitcoin grows to 50k. You sell it for 50k, done. If your watch hits 50k in market value you're never going to be able to sell it for that price unless you're a very known seller. There is also a lot of risk in selling that watch (people might demand that you use paypal and scam you etc) |

I invested in BTC in 2017 and sat in it. I recently started to invest heavily…. Even at ATH of November 2021. Let’s see if this post ages well.
