That pizza looks good. Please share your dough recipe as I started making my own pizzas during lockdown but have not quite mastered the dough process yet.

I have been strongly considering one of these ovens. Is it as advertised? Any negatives? The price seems really good.

dough recipe
300 grams of water heated to 100F
10 grams salt 500 grams 00 flour. I used Caputo 00 flour from Amazon I cold prove dough 24-72 hours |
