Thanks ZOOK!
I’ve contacted Tapatalk 3x’s now with NO response. I even paid the reduced yearly fee offering. Am getting frustrated as reducing pics for posting from iPad is not an easy task. I’m technologically impaired.

I highly agree Seth! From your posts that I’ve read, I believe your a compassionate person with firmly held beliefs. Your dog (baby girl) is blessed to be a member of your family!

Also, the agreement is open ended for us to get a new dog when she passes away.

Am filled with joy & gratitude today! A heartfelt thank you to everyone for your insightful comments & well wishes!!!

I promise to post a pic for this thread’s ending! (Tapatalk wants to make-up with me. Their engineers fixed my issue, but out of frustration I deleted the account, so am waiting for it to be reinstated.)
Congrats! That’s awesome.

I just adore Norma! If she’s ever going to have puppies I’ll arrange the trip to pick one out.

Good news. While I generally don't like others having any say about my home I see this is a condo so not much you can do about it I imagine.
Good luck. Here's hoping they otherwise leave you alone.

Fantastic news J!! Hopefully you all do not experience any further issues at the new place.

I must say, Lexa has a striking resemblance to one of our fellow members Chewbacca . You may very well have an heir to his estate and could potentially own the entire complex and more from the inheritance. I suggest you call Maury. sorry Chewy, I couldn’t resist.

Chewbacca is a LEGEND on TRF but not sure who Maury is,
Is that his wife’s yoga instructor? Maybe his butler? Or his financial advisor?

Well, just to share, Lexa gets regular grooming’s with bath, haircut & nail trim. Not certain if we can say that about Chewey!

An inheritance would make my day! Thanks for all the info, AGAIN Goat.

The other relationship would mean parting ways with my 12 y.o. dog who is an ESA companion for both my daughter & I. That will NEVER happen, but it means I may miss out on the Condo of my dreams since they have a “no pet” policy. We are awaiting the HOA’s decision. Otherwise, everything is in place for the purchase of it. We rescued her 11 years ago; as the saying goes, she was the one who “rescued” us.

It may seem silly to some of you, but I’m throwing this request out to you all for prayers, positive vibes, &/or good juju.

Ah. I misunderstood this post originally, thinking that you had ended a relationship with a real person via tapatalk, which I found amusing. Ah, the stories I could tell, from my single days. Which are, thankfully, long gone.

Anyway, not to minimize your struggles, I find that most dogs (and some cats) are ESA for all of us; it's nice to come home and see someone who's happy that you came back. Of course, in my case, it's only because the critters think that I'll feed them. But I'll take what I can get.

Anyway... positive juju sent in your general direction, even though you don't need it any more, it's always good to have some in the bank. I'm glad it all worked out for you!

Many congratulations, it is the perfect decision to allow you to live in the house with your dog. Good things happen to good people, this proves it.

Thanks for my morning chuckle as I drink coffee. I agree dogs (and pets) are ESA’s and family members to all us owners.
