Help needed for an Oyster ref 4499

Hi guys, currently thinking to get this beautiful rolex but I have 0 knowledge about this reference 4499. Seller claims for it to be from 1959, Unpolished. After my research the hunter caliber is period and reference correct , case is original and has correct ref markings, Crown I'm not sure if its period correct.

My main concern however Is and I'm no expert... the dial just lacking age, It is showing some signs of patina ... if you look closely around the chapter ring you will notice. Its fishy is all I can say but Will leave it to the experts !
