The caveat is that those sellers are buying in at £1K over retail so I'd factor that in as my max price.

Funny thing is I didn't want to pay list price when mine arrived.. While I am a big SeaDweller fan and knew I wanted it, I really thought it would be a matter of a few months and they'd be sitting in cases and discounted easily.

I wouldn't pay a premium out of principle. Plenty of watches out there to keep me happy while waiting if waiting is what it takes. A supposed price increase would not motivate me either. Others may think differently but that is me.

The things about the new SD43 is many don't know it's such a rare watch, so as someone said if you look at some small mom and pop AD at some of struggling american small towns you may find one. Goodluck

I asked the seller a few questions, he never responded. I'm a bit skeptical. He's not even had any review as a seller :/

To correct what i said in my initial post, the SD43 i have seen seemed too big to my taste. To be honest, i'm not even sure it's an SD43 since i never seen it other than youtube vids. But the shinning steel reminded me it looked like a genuine Rolex. I felt it will be huge on my wrist. My statement was based on what i have seen...might be right, might be wrong.
Anyway, bought my sub c date 2 days ago. It fits perfectly on my wrist. Wish there was the red texting though.
Bottom line, i still like the SD43 on pics. Owners know better than me how it looks like on wrist. Merry Christmas everybody :)

I own every rolex diver made.....I moved my SD43. Just not a fan. I find the bezel too big for the case. Youre seeing more and more in the second hand market, and I expect that to continue.

The SD4k and the 116610 are as perfect as perfect gets.

Did think the bezel looked like my off road bike tyre but not now it’s on my wrist , I would say it’s size is very legible and the ratio is spot on .

To each his own, but I think it's spot on as well
