New in box with papers??!! Is it me or does it look like an abortion happened to the caseback when they opened it for service or whatever it is that they did. Also is it me or does the lug at 1 o'clock have a nice nick taken out of it. Like new in box??!!!!! Is this acceptable. Normally Bernard watch is pretty reputable. I'm not sure why but for some reason this irritates me. Maybe I'll sell my LV that is in better condition than that for 6k yes no? LOL.

It does look like a good size nick in the lug as well as the case back has some damage. I would be annoyed with this as well. I bought an Explorer on E-Bay this past year and returned it due to all of the damage done to it that was hidden in the pictures. Unacceptable. Allow me the opportunity to damage my own belongings; thank-you.

Everywhere you guys see damage, I see stickers. The photos are either blurry/low-res to the point where I can't tell.
