You mention celebrity yet again. So far in your posts it would seem that you subscribe to this whole famous for being famous ethos. I really do hope you aren't as vacuous as these girls you idolise.

For now, just chill out. I'm sure you won't be waiting tables for much longer! Your agent will soon be calling with that big break!!!!

A joke comes to mind.... regarding the definition of "eternity:" the length of time between when you and she.... well, you get the idea.

Puuuuleeze ladies and gentlemen. Some decorum. Some people have to be rich and famous bimbo movie starrts, and some other people have to be dirt poor and struggled for everything they get. lets us not be angry at the famous bimbo celebrity just because they legally make more money thatn us. We should pity them Because with excess riches comes things like Daytonas, vacations to Nice, San tropez, turks. Why would we want to burden ourselves with such worries.

Gee Lisa - even I struggle with that. Lets see one is a little second hand dial that only has three numbers on it. There is a big second hand which is easier to see but some Forum members warn you that it will wear out if use it. There is a little minute dial that also only has three numbers on it - no that can't be a minute hand - everybody knows that there are 60 minutes in a hour not 30? The last little dial counts the hours, it has four numbers on it - or is it for counting the half hours. Hmmm where is the counter for the number of half hours that have gone by?

Then we can talk about the bezel and how handy that is.

I'd rather hear Nicky's explanation.

Lisa, believe me the bezel on the YM is great. I use it every day, for timing food that I'm cooking, my daily exercise walk, parking meters, etc.

More on topic, so everyone here who has or wants a GMT IIc knows how to use it, and actually uses it? I don't need to time two, or even three, time zones at any given day. But, I admit it's a cool looking watch, and if someone wants to buy it because it looks cool, then that's fine with me.

I guess for me, it's like having the spiffy SUV 4WD that never goes off the pavement. Maybe it's a strange personality quirk - but the things I use and buy attract me if their function is very basic to match my needs. You know that old beehive-styled Waring blender that just has the On or Off toggle? That's me to a T!

What I really don't want to admit is that I'm just simple minded and easily confused by extra features! Please don't ask me if I've programmed my car stereo buttons!
