Three Piece Collection Advice
Hi everyone,
I recently purchased my first Rolex which is a DateJust 41 blue stick/fluted/jubilee. Now that the blue dial is taken care of, I would like to add 2 more watches to my Rolex collection. I want to add a black dial and white dial watch. I don’t want any TT or gold watches. Black dial: I defiantly want to add a Submariner, and was leaning more towards the no date since I have the Dj41 with the date complication already. White dial: Need help with this one. Ideally, a Daytona panda, but unless I hit the lottery or something that’s not happening lol. I didn’t realize they stopped the platinum dial YM or I would’ve opted for that. The explorer polar also looks like a viable option. Any ideas and suggestions are appreciated! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Every collection should have a Submariner IMO, black dial ~ check.
The white could be anything from the Daytona you mentioned, to an Explorer2 for a GMT function, or SkyDweller as mentioned above. |

Skydweller was a little too big on my wrist when I tried it on.

Explorer II, in my humble opinion. Or an older Daytona.

OP39.
The DJ fulfils the dressy role in your collection. The Sub will fill the sporty outdoors niche. The OP is the watch you could wear on any given day you don’t fancy either of the other two - it works as well with a collar and cuff as it does with shorts and a T. It helps that you don’t have to flog a kidney and/or your dignity to get one. Internet pic...

Your DJ, Black Sub or SD (preferably SD4K hehe), and white 116520. That would be an ideal 3 piece collection.
