Help with Sea-Dweller 16600 dial

Hi everyone,
first of all sorry for my english and for the poor quality of the photo
I bought this Rolex from a reseller a few days ago, it's a F serial, year 2005.
It's absolutely genuine (in my opinion), but I have any doubts about the dial, especially for the zero of the 1220m. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks in advance.

The dial is 100% fake, maybe the watch as well.

Took the sea dweller to a dealer today, the response is genuine watch but fake dial and hands. Really weird.
Thanks.

Well we suspected strongly the dial.
What I suspect, is watch was fitted with a "diamond" custom dial, when that was removed (for sale) any old dial was fitted

??

Strongly possible, the previous owner had changed also the bezel insert with a diamond one, that I replaced with a correct one.
