I didn't know that Rolex did AR coatings on their watches. Do they coat both sides of the crystal?

I'll certainly be waiting with the BLRO Neil. I see what you're saying about the date window, but it doesn't bother me (IMHO looks just like the SD4K).

Spot on looks like something Rolex should do. PCLs are for YG bracelets only. JMHO

I really like the date wheel and the brushed links. When I owned a GMTII-C I also had the PCLs brushed and liked it much better that way.

Does this invalidate the warranty, or would Rolex just change it back if sent to RSC? Would they give your our date wheel back or just steal it? It would seem illegal to keep it. ?
At this point, any warranty is voided. Read the last line.

They will service the watch but would require it be restored to original state but the warranty is gone. He can have it restored to original state before sending it in though and they probably wouldn't know.

I paid 520€ for the crystal and the date wheel, and the watchmaker charged 150€ (including brushing the PCLs).

Nooooooo!!!! Kidding of course...
The change looks good for something different but the BLRO is perfection as is.

I took this into consideration (and kept the original parts), and decided to go ahead anyway. I may not have done so if it were my only watch.

This may seem strange but removing the cyclops seems to throw the watch off balance in my opinion.

I like the brushed bracelet look though. I'd do the same if I wasn't in the anti-mod camp.

Looks great! Love that brushed bracelet. The date looks kinda small to me but that's probably just my age.

Looks GREAT! It's surprising to the eyes but I really like the result. Good call on the Daytona crystal swap too. That AR ghost would totally ruin my day.
