Most everything I read says the main difference in sizing between the original116660 and 126660 is the newer one has the bigger band. That aside, the original had a 43mm case versus 44mm on the new one, correct? I'm sure its been answered on here before but I couldn't locate where.

The case is and always has been 44mm since 2008. It is slightly recontoured to suit the new bracelet.
