Problem with sdx017 mm300

Hi, my sdx017 has got a problem. When I unlock the crown and unwind there is heavy resistance before the crown becomes fully unwound. Now when I try to re-wind the crown it completely sticks. Therefore to fully tighten I now have to reverse wind so the crown feels like it is jumping a thread before it will then allow me to fully wind. Once I have done this the crown tightens smoothly. Watch is less ham 6 months old. Thread on watch looks good. So I assume this is something potentially inside the crown ? Don’t want to send away is this potentially a fix a watch maker can do?

Try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEW5YtGAUpc

If it doesn't work it sounds like you might have crown spring issue.
