Thoughts on Seiko LEs

What are people's thoughts on Seiko LEs? They seem to make quite a few of these Asia-only LE models. Are they worth the premium? I haven't held any in hand to compare. I have an urge to get the orange turtle that I noticed on my IG feed.

Found a video that is compelling me to buy one.

I saw that one a few times last week when I was in Bangkok. I don't know how limited it really is, but it didn't look that great in real life (I saw it on Youtube first and quite liked it), and I'm a big turtle fan.

Hi mate, quality is exactly the same as k and j models for the thai LE's and LEs in general, all you are paying for is different colours unless specified otherwise.
Are they worth the big price rise? not logically but collecting isnt always logical.

They seem to hold value very well if not rise in value very quickly so they are good choices to make profit on or not lose any money value wise.

I paid double for my green turtle, sounded crazy to me at the time but its now my favourite watch and could sell it for more than i bought it but i wont be doing that as its a keeper.

Whilst i hate the price jack up for LEs i understand why they do it, people buy them up quick.

Most are over priced and don't hold their value.

It's the same thing with some minor differences; usually the dial. I am not a big fan of any limited edition watches because the quantity is still quite large. If it was 10 pieces worldwide, that'd truly be "limited."
