Royal Oak 15400 Strap Conversion and parts number

So I went to AP Tokyo today and they have all the parts for 15400 conversion to rubber or leather strap in stock. The entire thing cost roughly 1400 but I bought extra rubber strap on top of the leather strap. This post is to share parts number needed for it

Mod. If this kind of info isn't allow feel free to remove it

Hi thanks for sharing. I am considering this too. What does the conversion kit include exactly? Just straps and buckles or also some tools?

Is it easy to change the strap yourself? Do you have to uses loctite?

Thanks for sharing the info. I hadn't realized that AP makes a rubber strap for the 15300/15400 Royal Oak series - always thought the ones you see on the forums are from aftermarket vendors. Will definitely order a rubber strap for my 15300 as I already own a couple of gators.

I got the conversion kit (plots, lug screws, buckle) and 2 straps (a black gator + an F1 calf strap) as part of the purchase when I acquired a ROC Panda 26300 three years ago from another TRF member. I assume the previous owner must have bought them from an AP boutique.
