Are discounts possible?

Discounts are always 5% from retail. AD like Hour Glass and Cortina watch can go for 15-20% discount.

The only advantage of the Boutique is that they always have stock on many models and they offer a 5 year warranty. They will also give you invitations for events they hold in the years to come. Otherwise, pricewise, the shops at HOUR glass and Cortina is the way to go. But they rarely have popular models in stock. You have to deposit and reserve the watches. Hope this helped.

Yeah. I have enquired about 26405CE 2017 recently at Liat Tower. Strictly no discount. Grey dealers already selling around 5-7% discount from list price. Waiting for AD to sell at 15%

The D-word is considered taboo at most boutiques. Even mentioning it is deeply frowned upon . But they do add value in other ways, as already mentioned, such as longer warranty, invitations, special previews, gifts and the usual Vip treatment for the regular customers. Anyway, AP is increasing going to boutique route from what I can see.
