I say go for it, but I'm a little biased. I enjoy mine very much. I was allocated the QP before the Jumbo so I'm going to say the Jumbo is a bit harder simply because of the high demand for it.

Beautiful watch.

Don't get me wrong, I would love a Jumbo some day, but this is the grail watch for me. I have an above average wrist size (7 3/8) and it is pretty flat. The thin 41s are perfect and IMHO this is a better/nicer watch than the Jumbo.

It's crazy. I believe this was around 60k retail in 2018.

Yes but AP is steel v PM for VC. And AP doubled the price in 6 years !!
Patek in a different league as far as PC imo. However, I believe ALL companies got a little too aggressive with price increasing during the “boom”. Be interesting to see how it plays out moving ahead.
