Tudor Black bay 58 blue dial debris

I’ve noticed fairly recently that there is almost microscopic debris on the dial of my Tudor. It’s hard to tell on camera but you can see it next to the C in chronometer and in between the 12 and the 1 o’clock loom markers. I was wondering if this is normal or if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks
