Franken or Fake?

Item number 124062155035 on eBay.

Pretty sure this watch wasn’t made in this combination of parts. Is this fake or a franken watch with genuine parts?

I think something is not right. However, the watch head is very worn and polished but the bezel is nice and sharp. See my snips of the images.. I don't think these are the same watch, the bezel wear does not match up (looks sharp new in one pic), also the teeth gap between the teeth on the bezels in each pic don't match. Also the crown guards look like the have been filed to open them up a bit to look more genuine?
Could be a franken, could be all fake, could be new and 'aged'.

Hopefully the experts on GMT's will chime in.

I think its a genuine piece as far as case and dial go.
Bezel may be a replacement or badly polished?
