Tudor submariner 9411/0 fake or not... $$$

Hello guys, I´m looking for your opinion on this watch, a friend of mine is offering to me. To be honest it will be my first Tudor submariner Vintage purchase and I would like to begin my collection with good steps.

As you can see at the pics there are some things i would like to ask you as experts about,

First of all what do you think about the dial? with the T SWISS MADE T, I have seen T SWISS T in snowflakes, but not "T SWISS MADE T"

An other concern ... the hands, you can see the difference of color between the hands and the hour markers, I have seen this before about different age decoloration, is it normal?. Can you see the corrotion or dirty/dust on the hands?? Is it normal?

And the last thing I'm worry about this watch is the bezel, I don`t know if it is an original bezel because the "4" digit al the "40" min mark, it seen too wide comparing against others I have seen.

Final question, what price do you think its fair for this watch considering the condition?.

Many thanks to all and I hope you could help me.
Regards JD

It looks good. You need a pic of the case between the lugs and a movement pic. The watch is worth 3k and the band 400. The hands are obviously bad

Lugs and crown-guards are overpolished imho, take a look at the lug pins that extend beyond the lug holes.

As afore mentioned, the hands are not original to the watch.
