I think the 321 is the most special chronograph made in the last decade.

i like them all but of this trio I am leaning towards the AP. Is the dial of the AP 38 that much smaller than the daytona or is it just the shot?

One oozes history and character and is objectively rare, the other two are pleasing to look at jewelry.

For this specific comparison, Daytona = 321 > AP.
For some reason, AP can’t seem to get their chronograph movements right.

I think the 321 is the most special of the three. The history, the style, the bracelet, the legibility, the relative rarity, and of course the movement.

The Daytona is a great watch and comes in at a very, very close second. It’s not as special as the 321, but it checks so many boxes (comfort, durability, warranty coverage to name a few).

The AP - a distant third. Yes, it’s bracelet is very nice, but overall, the watch doesn’t do anything for me.

Daytona. Best modern design, perfect proportions, and built like a tank.

Omega is too thick at 14mm, and design wise needs a modern update. The aesthetic is too vintage.

AP is a work of art, but they couldn’t center the date window between the hour indices because they used an external movement. For a $35k watch, it deserves an in house designed movement to make that date window centered.

AP bracelet design is flash and nice. The dial under AR is beautiful but I tried that exact one on at the boutique at crystals a few years ago and the dial is miniature... and there weren't enough links to actually get it over my hand.

I believe that is the intended point of that watch.

looks wise the daytona, but the 321 has historical significance.

If you like the F.Piguet movement check out the Speedmaster 50th Anniversary 1957 F.Piguet movement. I rate it with 321 in the Speedmaster line up, for sure it was produced in less quantities.
