If you're inclined to stay within the Rolex line, no more ideas necessary, keep your GMT and go with a new Explorer. It's a fantastic watch; durable and versatile.

214270 would be a great grab and go beater. No date to set for starters!

I'd go with the DSOTM or GSOTM. You won't find another all ceramic watch for that price with that many details, quality etc. I have the DSOTM and Daytona and the DSOTM is a more interesting watch and more bang for the buck. Used ones are starting to show up for 10k or less. the chronograph function will be more useful then GMT for coaching soccer.

14060m, 16570 (polar), 114270.
Throw in some Natos (for variety sake) and maybe RubberB. Or wear them as it is. Good luck! |

Explorer II 42mm with a 22mm NATO, the extra shock protection and no wimpy bezel to get knocked off. Its meant for getting knocked around.
I also have a pepsi GMT, I thought the two were going to be too similar but I was wrong, especially when wearing the EII on a NATO, for coaching get a bright orange one and you will love it. |

Another watch sounds good to me! Use the GMT for your everyday watch and get a two tone sub for your dress watch. Wear both and enjoy them.

You can rock your GMT like any other Rolex watch. These are still tool watches and apart from the full gold models have no bling factor imho.
Build to last. On all watches you get some minor scratches. That is character. Only way to avoid that is not wearing them. Enjoy the GMT and wear it anytime anywhere
