ever check your FedEx tracking every 5 minutes?

I have a "package" arriving today, something I've been wanting for a long time.
It was shipped yesterday overnight FEDEX - and I have the tracking number in phone, and keep hitting refresh....

Anyone else ever done this?

All I know is that it's on a truck somewhere in Southeast Michigan right now.
Supposed to be delivered between 8am and 8pm

I want GPS tracking put on the package

I know the feeling. Sign up for FedEx delivery manager. It's totally free, and you'll get status updates every time the package gets scanned. I never have to refresh anymore because I get constant status updates.

Also helpful if you're not going to be home because you can adjust the delivery window. For $5 you can even set up a specific window of time, like 5pm-8pm, if you have to work and won't be home.

GPS would be great. I want UPS to be like Uber... I want a little icon of the truck/plane/train criss crossing the US on its way to my front door.

With my Sky-Dweller being stuck in Memphis, I was still checking every 5 minutes to see if it started to move again.

Yeah when they get stuck the anxiety goes up a knotch. I was recently checking constantly when I bought a PP 5205g. I had the AD FIRST Overnight it because I had an early morning meeting and I was panicking when it said it still wasn't on the truck for delivery by 8am. It got on the truck at 8:03 and arrived to my door at 8:24. I had to be at a meeting by 9.

Every 5 mns is quite often, I check every 1 hour in average I guess.I must be more patient but it is fun to check your items

What I want more is for FedEx drivers to check the "detailed notes" that you leave for them. I.E: delivery to rear of house. Only to find out they came to the front and left a sticker on the door staying nobody home, reschedule delivery for tomorrow......VERY FRUSTRATING!

The day I am waiting for a new piece to arrive, I generally sit in front of the computer looking at reviews of the piece and checking tracking info every ten seconds until it arrives. I get so anxious!
