Sunset over Bodmin Moor

Shame about the power line, but I shot this from my porch a few minutes ago. When I looked at the raw file, I thought my image sensor was dirty, but when I looked at the actual pixels, I realized there was a HUGE flock of birds in the background sky!! Incredible.
Cheers,
Bruce

Very nice, Bruce....but I do wish you'd snipped off that ugly powerline before taking that shot!!

Thanks JJ! Yeah bummer about power lines. They're even out here in the country. I guess I shouldn't complain. Without them, I wouldn't be hanging out with you lot on this computer

Thanks CJ! It's not a bad view, but I shot this at effectively 390mm so was able to cut out all the roof tops and street lamps My street runs into one called Tor View. A Tor is a hill, so those hills in the pic are tors out on the moor. Pretty cool really!

So if you tossers call a hill a TOR, I guess a mountain would be MORE?

One of the most famous Tors in the UK is Glastonbury Tor.
And JJ stick to watch winding, or gathering wool around the kneecaps.
