Have you negotiated down or paid full listed price? If so, what was general percentage you negotiated down?

DavidSW: Negotiate?

Always negotiate with any grey. Use WatchRecon for comps. Also know that virtually zero grey listings sell for the asking price. I’d never pay full price. Depending on the model (& asking price) the wiggle room may be in the hundreds or the thousands. Just depends.

David offers low and sells high. He has little wiggle room from what I have experienced. Regardless, he is the gold standard. Make an offer. Worst case, he will pass.
