I agree with all points.

The one issue I have is the lack of micro-adjustment on the clasp - can't seem to get the right fit and will most likely sell due to this. The dial details, matte bezel and movement make this an extremely fun watch.

That is the same issue I have the older Rolex with the tuna-clasp bracelet actually. In the crazy summer heat of DC there is no way of getting those to fit right on the wrist - adjustable clasp is the only way to go.

The tuna can clasps have the little adjustments on the sides, all you need is a toothpick and you have about a link to play with.

The adjustments can be accomplished by using half links on the Omega watches. On the Rolex there is a fine adjustment, but even after setting the Rolex I rarely need to readjust it. Not really an issue, if so get a NATO type bracelet/band.

Way too much work compared to the glide-lock clasp on a SubC, DSSD or even Omega's Ploprof.

Either put in a half link, or take out a half link and put in a link. Easy fix.

Not what I'm looking for, it needs to be adjustable on the fly. If you don't spend time in areas with 100F/40C and high humidity, this is of course a non-issue, but when you do, then it becomes really important for comfort.

Indeed,

Thought it strikes me as interesting that the OP no longer lists these POs in his signature. I wonder why the Rolex models won out over the long term.

This post makes me thinking about picking up an orange bezel Omega OP. I really like the Omega caliber 8500.

Would you trade a 116300 DJII for a PO 600M titanium? I've been debating this for a little while now and went to try the PO on yesterday at the Omega Boutique in NJ. Or would you wait and trade the 116300 in for the 116610LV?

It would be the 116300 + $1000 for the PO or the 116300 + $3200 for the Hulk.

Thanks.
Richard

Nice write up, it would be nice if Omega moved the new clasp with the adjustment ability (like on the Master Co Axial) over to the rest of the line.
