Accuracy faster or slower

When the watch is fully wond (40 winds)
Does it tend to run faster or slower?

The same? I do know that the crown, stem and associated mechanism will wear out faster if you keep winding it manually.

They tend to run faster as the mainspring unwinds. Less force, less amplitude, faster rate.
