Govberg for Service?

Has anyone used Govberg in Philly for service for Rolex (or non Rolex) watches? I did a quick search and see people have had positive experiences with them as a seller, but I did not see any service reviews. Any input would be appreciated!

I have, sort of. They serviced my brother’s Omega a couple of times. As far as I know, they just send it off to the official service center.

I don’t have much good to say about Govberg’s service, but the work is done well. His Omega went to Switzerland both times.

I bought a Pepsi from them last year when they still called Watchuwant, they have a very big online presence. And staff are very knowledgeable. But they confirmed that my watch I got from them was not polished. But I feel the watch was and looks like have been polished. I am trying to get some help on the forum to see if that Pepsi was polished or not (please see my post).

Other than that, the watch I received was as per the photos and in good condition.

I've had them service a Breitling before. It came back running perfect and looked brand new.

I once picked up my father in law's datejust from Govberg after a service, pretty sure they just sent it to NY RSC and charged a convenience fee of some sorts.

Maybe I missed something but the OP looks like he's in Houston. OP if you are, do yourself a favor and send it to the Dallas RSC yourself.

I have used Govberg for watch service, and it was an excellent experience. I have not used them on Rolex, so I can't compare to RSC. From what I remember their price was competitive and they warranty their work. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I have had good experiences with Govberg on both fronts. The have a fully operational service department on the premises in Bala Cynwyd. I purchased 2 Milgausses from them that were both serviced in-house and warrantied. No issues and the watches were in pristine condition. I was told that certain Rolex models are shipped to RSC, and anything green (anniversary) goes to Switzerland. Hope this helps.

Great context, thanks.
