The DeepSea in Japan

1,250 meters albeit in the wrong direction with the DeepSea, up in Mt Oyama near Tokyo.

Cool shot. That thing looks huge on your wrist, I’m sure it’s just the angle though.

Thanks guys! Was a fairly intensive hike up the mountain. Wouldn't do it with anything other than the trusty DeepSea!

I would be severely disappointed if it didn't look huge on my wrist... it's an unrealistic watch designed to go unrealistic depths (would you be alive at 3900 meters?), so it has to look extremely and unrealistically pronounced on my wrist!

A similar watch would be the the original 47mm Panerais, which were made to be legible, not to be fashionable on their divers' wrists. If I saw anyone who makes a 47mm Panerai look "proportionate" on his/her wrist, I would have to respectfully say the said person is, ermm, big-boned?
