Love my new DJ41 in sunburst black, smooth, oyster bracelet totally my main go to. Am planning to get a white dial in near future as they really call to me as well.

For me.. Datejust Thunderbird 16264 Black is the perfect Rolex watch.

Not too much.. not too small.... elegant but simple

Love it

I am looking to buy the 116234 black arabic dial.
I am already in contact with a seller (Tony Geha, SDwatches)
Can anyone help me identify if it is a fake? I am a newbie in the Datejust field. The reason I am worrying is that its dial is smooth. I haven’t been able to find those particular specifications anywhere else. The strandard arabic black dial seems to be grooved, but this one is not? Does it also come in a smooth black dial variation?
The watch is from 2006 and is a M series.

This piece does not photograph well enough to do it justice.

Sure it looks nice here, but I saw this in the wild recently. Someone wearing it was standing next to where I was sitting, and beinng a wis I checked it out. Really gorgeous. Maybe better than the chotolate dial.

This from someone who never liked TT.

I do. My 36mm white dial DateJust, gets more wrist time than my SS Submariner Date. The 36mm is the quintessential DJ Rolex.

I'm waiting for a 124060 which should be available to me by the end of the year, but if it's not, I'm 100% content with my DJ41.

I got my DJ for a more dressier piece but find myself wearing it just like my air king.... mixing them up daily. Was in marbella the weekend, got out the sea and it looked amazing shining and glistening in the sun. Looked stunning

Might add a TT YG DJ with either black or white dial with baton so have a bit of lume cos lume on my AK is rubbish

I love my 16030 which has been my only watch for over 25 years, but I don't wear it much any longer as I find it "boring" compared to my sport watches.
