Seems like they gave you a older version of the HULK.

older version hulk have 1000 ft while the newer models have l000 ft.

Hmmmmm, just looked at it under a 10X Loop, and the text reads:

l000ft as you suggested the newer versions show. I'll assume mine is of the newer / latest batch.

When did Rolex change the font for the 1000ft text?

I'm not sure when they made those changes :(. But here is what I'm talking about, clearer pictures.

My friend has a 2014 Hulk and has the old text and mine is 2017 with the new text.

Cool, thanks for the clarification. Mine definitely looks like your bottom photo, or "newer variety" as you mentioned. For some reason, the photo I posted (perhaps it's dust or just the angle / pixel quality, etc.) making it appear like the "1" from your top photo, but it's certainly the "l" from the bottom photo.
