For me and my collection, the BLRO.

Can't go wrong with either though.

Better mivement? Or, newer mivement? I'm not sure how much it has improved. Something I always remind myself of: Newer does not always mean better. It often means an update to enhance marketing.

Now, I'm not saying the newer one is'nt better, I'm just not SURE of it at this time.

Aside: The 3185 did not become a lesser movement when the 3186 was introduced. In fact some still prefer the 3185.

I would choose the PepC, not a real fan of the Jubilee on it but the BLNR never really got my rotor running.

BLNR by a long shot for me. I love the blue and black combination. I feel like the watch is slightly more conservative in keeping with my personal style.

I actually waited until Baselworld until I pulled the trigger on the BLNR this week. I thought they would release a Coke, but was intrigued when I heard about the Pepsi.
Once I looked at the pictures though, I didn't have to think twice. The colors on the Pepsi are way off (I actually find the light 'red' way worse than the purple 'blue') and I'm not a big fan of the Jubilee.
BLNR all the way.

I would go with the BLNR, but just because blue is my favorite color. I wanted to buy a BLNR, but the prospect of waiting months was too much for me. An all black 116710LN became available at an AD 6 hrs from my home and I jumped on it. I love it! No turning back.

BLNR has better colors imo, but I like that the pepsi has a jubilee bracelet. I hope rolex releases the BLNR on jubilee.

It's a close call, but for now Pepsi for me. Does anyone know who in our trustworthy grey dealers are selling or accepting orders already? I will probably go this route if the premium is not that much.

The SS Pepsi will surely overtake the Batman in short order. Current Batman owners will quickly suggest the opposite to maintain value but the reality is wildly in favor of the Pepsi.

Someone's delusional. The BLRO ceramic colors are ugly and people with taste will prevail.

3) I don't think the case got all "that updated."
4) End of the day, I think the oyster bracelet is more versatile than the jubilee.
5) Value retention, I think both will retain fairly well but it's never going to be a Daytona.
6) People who really care about the heritage of BLRO will be buying 16710/16700's anyway IMO.
Totally agree!

I expect to see a spike in the poll in favor of the BLRO when it arrives at the ADs, not sure it'll overtake the BLNR, but probable.

I hardly every wear the BLNR, its boring. Plain and simple. Been around for a few years and can barely distinguish it from a normal GMT. When they Pepsi arrives people will change their mind. It will be the "newer" and "better" Rolex. Thats just how life works.

Looking like two different watches to me. Same function but different beautiful aspects. I like them both and will, more than likely, have and wear both.

Both equally great. I still hold my reservations for the non-vivid bezel colors of the BLRO but a great watch nonetheless.

BLNR, no question. I love mine and would not trade it for the Pepsi even if given the chance. The colours look off on the Pepsi bezel and don't like the jubilee band on a sports model.

The bezel looks better on the BLNR, but the jubilee bracelet put me over the top on the BLRO as it is a true differentiator in the sport line being the only one. I had the opportunity to buy a BLNR from my AD at 15% off list and I passed. There was something drawing me to the jubilee bracelet and I thought it was the Blue DJ 41. Luckily the AD didn’t have the Blue DJ 41 in the jubilee and I went home empty handed. My dad who was with me that day and not in the market for a watch ended up buying the BLNR that I passed on. When I saw the BLRO last week, I went down to my AD on Thursday at lunch and prepaid in full.

I own neither currently, but favor the the BLNR after recently seeing a WG BLRO's bezel in person. Should be adding a BLNR to my collection shortly!

I chose BLNR because I'm quite pleased with mine.

I did my best to remove personal bias from the comparison and I still think I would pick the BLNR.

From what I've seen, the BLNR is the better looking of the two

If the colors improve on the BLRO over time, I could very well change my mind, but for now, the BLNR is the real "home run."

blue and black are 2 of my favorite colors. that said, the blnr just never did it for me. i have no idea why. just personal preference i guess. pepsi all the way for me.
