Removed a perm link from my Polar - stoked!

I got really small wrist like 6.15" and with Rolex have to wear 4 link @6 and 5 link @12. Easy to do on the modern Rolexes but can't on the 5 digit references due to the 4 permanent links on each side.

Cue a quick trip to St James Rolex Service Centre where they removed a perm link in 5 minutes free of charge. Can't fault their service - Dan the technician that works there has helped me twice now - very much recommend him as a great person to work with.

Really happy with the end result. Just sits flush and none of this dragging of the watch @12 side. And of course the clasp sits perfectly centered.

Have to say how much I love this watch, it's just no nonsense and unassuming - can take a proper beating and still looks good at the end of it.

Haha agreed - the 1st door is easy to get into, the 2nd door you have to think a bit

Hi. Glad you got it sorted out. I'm in the same boat as well and just had my Sub bracelet permanent link removed as well. Very happy with the results. And yes I've been to Rolex St James and dealt with Daniel as well. Vey nice chap. Highly recommended.
