Black hands historic models.
Dear fellow PAM lovers: Just curious: so many historic models have black painted hands ( which i love). When i look at the the vintage models, for example in the book of Simon de Burton, i find a lot with brass, gold colored hands. Do any of you know , why especially the historic models ( the base and marina models) have black hands?
