I liked some of their unique one off customer requested pieces. It's not like they ruin the watches as their tech is so much more advanced than anyone else's that they can even restore the watch to original condition without removing material is my understanding. So for those super wealthy (or non WIS that only want a unique piece) they offered what no other company could do.

Bamford got Rolex's the same way you do. Grey market or an AD, not from Rolex.

There is no way Rolex was supplying them ahead of sending stock to AD's like you suggested.

But wasn't there an agreement that they didn't void the warranty or something? Some kind of a partnership/business contract/etc...? But like you said they weren't receiving allotments for designing.

Amazing!

Having already tried his best to 'Hublot-ize' TAG Heuer & Zenith, this will allow Jean-Claude Biver a completely new way of making hideous watches!

(sort of)

Its kind of good they cant destroy anymore watches.
Have you seen any of their Heritage line?Whole different league to their original efforts. Not original designs of course but if you don't have $100k lying around for a PN then these were a viable option.
