Ordered mine (same as Ben's) in early August with expected delivery in October. Can't stand the wait. No word from factory on ETA. Great pics, Ben!

Just curious as to what distinguishes the prototype from the regular production special editions of the same watch? Is that one numbered?

AFAIK the special edition ROC is not a limited edition, however it is a boutique exclusive.

No idea it still had J serial number but not sure why additional numbers on at 9 clock position. The Bezel wasn't in good nick either and looked like watch that had been passed around.
It was 100% not retail piece for sale and guy at boutique told me only 300 pieces being produced so assumed it was limited piece.

That is lovely Ben. I have the blue RG now on rubber strap, but wonder if one like yours might be a future compulsory purchase!

I'm trying really hard to resist buying this one myself.

Its either that one or a SS 15202 and i go back and fourth and can't seem to make up my mind.

Im in no rush but it would be nice if i could at least make up my mind

Don't be silly Tyler, the Chrono is far nicer! Wore mine today and its a lovely design which will contrast nicely with your more overt 44Ti and RG (when you get that one back).

there is something really appealing about the SS 15202 despite never seeing it in real life. The RG 15202 is awesome and have tried that one.

The ROC wears a touch big on a bracelet in silver which is the only color i have ever tried on. Im still waiting to try the blue.

I'd be interested to hopefully see one of these during our GTG adventure.

i tried on yours on the strap and the full bracelet version. The bracelet makes it wear bigger by a lot. Im a big watch guy too so i don't know why I'm struggling with a 41mm ROC on a bracelet so much. On paper it shouldn't be an issue.

Many factors can sway the choice of SS ROC or 15202. It will depend whether one's clothing and dress style tends to be more dressy or sporty, size preference and of course if one prefers chronograph. Fortunately I don't have this dilemma as I have both

Such a great look watch, and unique.

These have really piqued my interest as of late (26320 PG). Ultimately I want to purchase a PG on bracelet - does it make sense to purchase it on a strap and buy the bracelet later (do they even come up for sale)? Or the other way around - buy the deployment and strap after? What do the deployment clasps / bracelets usually run?

Finally - what is a good price to pay a 26320 on a strap or bracelet in the second hand market? I see them under $40k from dealers - what do private sales usually trade around?

Sorry for all the questions! My ROO Panda is getting a little large and see no wrist time anymore- so looking to swap!

Hi

A few month ago I went to the AP Boutique in Geneva and asked to ask about 23620 as I am planning to purchase a new watch.(debating between ap royal oak 23620st blue dial and Patek Aquanaut 5164)

When I asked for the 23620 the sales person told me that they Currently only manufacture it in bi color faces. I am personally not a big fan of bi color face.

Today I had a look at the ap website and saw that the full blue face was back in

Are they re manufacturing this model ?

Thank you

26331 replaced the 26320, so no. Discontinued models continue to show on the website for some time.

Thank you for your reply

On the website it appears that the 26320 blue face has the same face layout as the 26331. The small second dial is smaller then the two other ones. Or maybe it’s just an impression ;)

26331 has one small subdial, a date window in a slightly different location, and the chronograph pushers don't screw down vs. the older 26320

The date window is the giveaway about the subdials being different size if you have trouble telling the size visually. The date window is centered between the two subdials on both models. On the older model it also centers between 4 and 5 o clock but on the new model since they are different sizes the date window is pushed downward, closer to 5 o'clock
