Tudor Black Bay Bezel and Insert Removal

Members, I have a Tudor Black Bay Heritage Steel, model 79730. Any advice on how to remove the bezel, remove the steel insert and replace with another Tudor insert also from a Heritage Black Bay, and re-install the bezel would be very much appreciated. There are a lot of partial discussions on the web but no step-by-step instructions or youtube video to reference. Thanks!

Or know of someone in the Washington DC or Chicago IL area who has the expertise to make the insert swap. Thanks!

I don't know about R&R the insert, but the bezel assembly itself is extremely similar to the rolex ceramic submariners with the spring loaded balls, hytrel ring, etc. and there is definitely information available about that process. Also, I'm pretty sure that you're not supposed to reuse the hytrel ring, so you would need to source a new one although it does seem that some of the folks on youtube are reusing them.
