Carbotech Pam1616
Just unboxed my first panerai in years, carbotech 1616. THIS is the one that I was waiting for to get! I liked the 616, but the large font numbers didn’t match what the watch was trying to represent in my mind. However, they nailed it with the 1616.

Congratulations. I have had mine for about three weeks and really like it. I might have a keeper for the collection.

I don’t even bother w incoming posts anymore. I became disenchanted w the brand; this has given them a bit of light for me. Money better spent than on a hyped up Sub!

Ok, it’s been some weeks. My impression of this watch is that this material is a game changer. All the looks and size without the weight penalty. Comfortable, It flies under the radar, but watch guys know the pedigree. Hope they don’t whore out the submersible w a million uninspired versions. Nice job Panerai.
