Did you buy it? Or did you put down a deposit on a Speedmaster?

Wow, congrats Steve! First Omega for you? I haven't seen you lingering on this side of the forum too much.

Do you have another expedition coming up, one that involves a rocket perhaps? Hell, there isn't much left on Earth that you haven't done!

It's a deposit. They are keeping it in the safe for me.

Hi,
Yes, first omega.
Wasn't going to buy another watch since my wife was killed.
But, have fallen for this watch.
It's in the safe at the shop, and I'm saving up for it. It's giving me a reason to look forward to something.
No more expeditions as now I don't have time looking after Kathryns livery yard..

Congratulations! What a fine watch and nice to have something to look forward to.

I hope to see you on expeditions again in the near future. There are many places to go, see and conquer.

Hey Steve, I'm glad you're keeping busy and finding reasons to look forward, my friend. You're going to love the Speedmaster, it's just the kind of watch you like - tough, practical and ready for hard use.

Here's a pic to remind you what's waiting for you at the shop:
