New Speedmaster

I own a few Rolex, Breitling and a Ball watch and decided to try a Speedmaster, basic watch, Hesalite, leather deployment. This watch lives up to its reputation.
Very comfortable, light weight and easy to use. I can see now why it's so widely sold and touted. Got a great deal on a new one and love it.

Congrats !

Same here, have other watches, didn't have much interest in a chrono. Now it's my "go to" watch. I think they exceed their reputation.

But I learned from the "experts" on other forums that if it hasn't got sapphire, it's just a plastic toy.

Congrats on the pickup, such a great watch on many levels!

Congrats!! You can never go wrong by getting a basic model when it's such an iconic watch.

Just ordered this exact same watch, 311.33.42.30.01.001(Hesalite, black leather)
Should arrive within 2 days. Have Zenith, Omegas, and Pams but this pic and this watch caught my eye as a true classic windie at a really good price.

Hows it do in the accuracy dept?

Cant wait to get it wristed.
