Conceivably you're out of your league here, I’m suggesting Timex or Invicta, most likely a better fit and I think you would be more comfortable. Your personal attacks and envy are unbecoming on this forum. Wallow in your misery, glad I’m not you. I don't think you'll be on this forum long, just saying.
You excel at petty. Try to be a better human and remember that money doesn’t buy class.

Out of context, but thank you just the same. I'm putting this to bed, wishing you well!

It may be low rent, but it's within Hermes' policy for their associates. I'm simply stating what I've been told is their policy. You calling it low rent is an interesting take.

Glad to hear you have an established relationship with your SA. We do too, but without the shadiness of being high rent and playing within Hermes' rules.

Congrats!! Glad it worked out for you!! When I walk in the Manager, Asst. Mgr and my SA receive gifts. Next time I'm in I will ask them if they are losing sleep or feel guilty, I sure don't.

‘Hell hath no fury like a wealthy person being told no’: can elite shoppers really force Hermès to sell them Birkins?

An article on Guardian news source: https://www.theguardian.com/

Sounds familiar, anyone?!?

Since the sales folks at Hermes don’t get commission on the Kelly and Birkin bag, seems like there has been a consistent “journey” that customers need to embark on. The pre spend has been 1x to 3x. Those bags come in various leather colors, exotic leathers. Some folks have walked in and bought one of the Quota Bag with no other purchases. It seems somewhat consistent across stores which makes you wonder if this is really SA generated policy.

The fact that Hermes bags are sold in Hermes company stores makes this situation different from Rolex. But there are plenty of Quota bags on the secondary market just like there are Rolex.

Richemont / ALS might also be taking note.
