Love this, hobnail dial, and no 15, 30, 45 markers. I just hope they didn't increase the size. Any info on that?

This really works for me. One of the few ROO I like. Judging from the pic anyway.

Thanks for sharing

Oh, btw, AP will discontinue the 15300 and 15202 then? Strange move since they release a ROO every week. One would think they could co-exist.

15202 will stay at 39mm.

15400 will come at 37mm and 41mm, 15300 continue for a while and then be phased out.

Thanks, good news

37 mm 15400 could also be something to look into

Sales strategy to sell more Jumbos? Perhaps the 15300 cannibalized too much on 15202 sales and therefore they add something slightly smaller/bigger?

MSRP will probably be at least $25,000-$30,000. Beaucoup dollars for a ss sport watch IMO... Having said that, I really like it a lot!

Outstanding

Gotta say I really like the look of the 15400....Looking forward to trying both sizes on. Either one of these will be next I think

Thanks for posting Thomas

The new AP diver seems to have the bumblebee's DNA all over it, from a personal point of view I have owned AP's with the steel, rubber, carbon and ceramic bezels, for me I would only buy a new AP with a ceramic bezel on it. I know if hit hard enough the bezel will chip as I have done this in the past but you do not get the swirl marks that you do on the ss ones or the cracking you get on the corners with carbon. As sad as it seems but a marked bezel to me is a no go and the watch has to be traded.

Thanks for sharing! With the higher msrp for the carbon diver, it seems to make the 4101 a great deal, if you like that style.

Here's a quick comparative photo I made. I much prefer the 15300 with the bigger AP logo and smaller sticks. I'm not saying the 15400 looks bad, I just like the 15300 better

And I think the 41mm would be too big for my wrist... Damn, I need to eat more
There are elements of both I like. The smaller AP on the new, but the indices on the old. Overall nice job by AP on all the pieces.

Thanks for sharing, great shots!

I looooove the new Jumbo

I really, really like it...

It will be hard to explain to my wife why I'm getting a watch that looks almost like my 15300...

Will the current 26300 royal oak chronographs be available for a while also? Just curious as I prefer the 39mm case and would like to acquire one this year!

well, per the article i linked to above, the pre-SIHH 2012 AP RO Jumbo ref.15202ST had a list price of €17,900. can't imagine the new one will feature a drop in price.....

am i the only one that thinks the SS diver would look great with a ceramic bezel? then you dont have to worry about a carbon case or the SS bezel scratching. tell me im crazy i guess.
