Hi everyone,

A while back I bought a pre-owned Milgauss and over the course of resizing the bracelet, the removable link screws have gotten chewed up from using the incorrect screwdriver size. Im trying to source replacement link screws and i know Ofrei sells them. He has a bunch of different sizes (http://www.ofrei.com/page938.html) but i am unsure what size is for full size Oyster bracelets (specifically Milgauss). Does anyone know what the proper diameter, length and tap size for milgauss link screws are?

Don't go aftermarket, get them at an AD....they were 10.00 a piece last year.

Sorry, $10 each is outrageous. id rather pay that price for a handful of them.

I'd rather pay $10 for the RIGHT screws for my Milgauss, instead of $2 for the generics. IMO a few bucks, is it worth it to know I have the right fasteners.

Aren't the screws milled individually to each link? I've read on other threads that some screws that have been replaced don't sit flush?? Please correct me if I'm wrong?

This can happen - it's best to keep the screw pin with the link it was 'born' with. Bracelets are finished (and refinished) with the pins in place, so there can be very small variations in length. After I have a bracelet resized, I check the pins with a loupe (I know, I know...) and swap around as required until they are all nice and flush... but then I am very fussy...

Oh, and don't forget a tiny drop of Loctite (221 or 222) to the link threads

maybe ill just wait until it needs to be serviced and let the RSC replace them.
