Pulled the trigger on Speedmaster

After looking at them for a year now I pulled the trigger on a Speedmaster Racing (the 40mm series) with panda dial! I will post pics when it arrives.

I found a couple good deals but went with Chrono24 so I'll be backed by them in case the item is not what I expect PLUS I'll have Omega's warranty, not some company 1 year warranty like Crown and Caliber offer. If it was a used piece I'd be ok with that but not on a brand new piece :)

Pics to come in a week or so!

Anyone else have any experience with this watch?

FedEx Tracking says Monday!

Also, edit: apparently I misspoke and it's a "reverse" panda. Black dial, white subs :)

Seriously beautiful piece. This is the only shot of it so far because I can't get it sized just yet. May install a more "racing" themed strap! The crystal is awesome, looks like there's nothing there!

Nice! Congrats! That’s a really classic looking watch that can go with anything.

For straps, brown leather would be great. I have the below Hirsch Tiger that does a good job straddling the racing/classy vibe. I think it’d look great on yours as well.

That Speedy looks great (mine, yours, and the original are my favs)! I actually have mine on a weathered brown leather strap right now, I couldn't stand the wait any longer! Also, I have ordered a strap almost exactly like the one in your pics. It should be here in a few days :) That's the look I was going for!
