Chronomat B01

I saw the B01 at an AD in Houston this past weekend... Absolutely gorgeous! The one I tried on was the two-tone with the amber dial and roman numerals, and the brown alligator strap. I mean, this watch was STUNNING!!! Even my fiance, who is by NO means a WIS, was amazed at how good it looked! This is most definitely going to be my next acquisition! And as big as it is (43.7mm) it fit my relatively small wrist very well. The AD offered 20% off retail. I can't find that watch anywhere on the internet, much less at a discount. I'm thinking I might have to do it!

I looked around and see if I could buy it less than 20% off MSRP, no luck.

Looked for used B01 , no luck , its too new to market, its a beautiful watch, worth trading in TT Daytona if I could find better deal, it fits My 6.5 wrist real well, too.

One thing I like is what they did with those damned "Rider Tabs" - they're a little flusher and thats a big plus !

Agreed. In fact, I think it's the new bezel all together that has finally drawn me to Breitling....

If you have an Iphone or Ipod Touch, you can download the Breitling 'app' free of charge from the I-tunes web site. I've got it on my touch. It gives you the ability to customise any mixture of case/dial/strap to see what it would look like. Very cool of Breitling to release this. I had a good play with the B01 when I was buying my Rolex GMT IIc. Liked it a lot. My version wolud be SS case / Onyx black dial with roman numerals and divers rubber strap.

Life is too short not to have the things you want.

Buy it - wear it - enjoy it!!

I see many people said they didn't like the font on the bezel early when the B01 came out...I for one always loved that watch and think that its great they actually made a likeable different watch from there so many other chronos...awesomely executed and superb movement...I say totally go for it Mark

The Pic I attached is from the Breitling website, where you can do the same thing you mention on the iPhone app, and that's the one (customized) I tried on at the AD in Houston.
And I totally agree, Life is too short!
