A very close call indeed...
Yesterday, I headed into Tokyo with thoughts of trading my SS black-dialed Daytona, but thankfully I wore it and after just a short train ride and a bit of obsessive photo taking, I saved myself from myself and I still have my Daytona. Close call! There's just something special about the black-dialed SS Daytona that a sunny day after a morning Spring snow brings out.

Great call Otto!
If you don't mind me asking what were you planning on trading it for? |

Perhaps you can explain to the train company that you should be entitled to a refund on your train ticket since you decided not to trade your watch?

Definitely a 'sign' Otto! Glad you decided to hold on to that beauty!
I'm guilty of some 'impure' thoughts myself regarding trades...sometimes it just takes some quality time with the watch in question to realize just how much it would be missed if we let it go! Good for you |

If you had done it you might be a lot happier.
After all you are getting the same family tree. |
