I've quite in love with mine!!! Being in high tech and an engineer it's representative. Aside from that it's so unique that there's nothing else like it!!! My take is those that hate it are just so caught up in "buying the right watch" that they don't know what right really means!!!

BTW. Here is mine. In it’s home environment.

AOW
A scientist with a beautiful piece of expensive jewelry. I admire it, as I do mine, as piece of exquisite Swiss workmanship. However, it's probably as useful as an analog CRT oscilloscope in a modern lab.

Bravo - beautiful watch. Congrats

Now that being said - we may need to start taking this thread underground. We don’t want everyone to know how good these watches really look.

I like having an undesirable/unpopular watch.

I'm still hoping to find one at an AD. No such luck yet, but I haven't given up.

I had to be patient for around 6 months or so to get mine. Hang in there!

the polished bezel & PCLs were something I didn't really consider much prior to owning a z-blue but they ended up being one of the things I liked best. I think all 3 dials are fantastic

I have owned two Milgauss watches.I think they are great all round watches.
They look good for dress and work, and they have their own personality.
They do not look like everything else that is out there.

This is the key thing for me, and honestly why I didn't pursue a Sub or an Explorer I. I want a watch I can wear both dressy and casually, and I felt like the all-polished Sub bracelet was a little too "toolish," too utilitarian, to be worn dressy. I know some people feel differently, but I believe a steel-bracelet dress watch should have at least some polishing.

Milgauss Blue dial

The dial with the second hand give the watch an edgy personality

Milgauss Black dial

The black is a bit more formal but could be worn at any time.

The white dial Milgauss is definately my favorite version for sure. They really look good in low light with the lume charged.

I saw the post about the font size or letter spacing causing the the OYSTER PERPETUAL to align differently with the MILGAUSS.

But how about mine where the spacing between Oyster and Perpetual is significantly wider.

Haven't seen that in any pictures posted here.

P.S. New watch bought in 2011 from Rolex AD in Geneva, Switzerland.

They look really good but I just find them too big. A 37-38mm version would suit me better..
