Re-joined the club today! I had a mk1 five years ago that I paid $3,800 for. Sold it a year later for $4,200. I absolutely loved it but the short hands bothered me. The mk2 is absolute perfection to me.

I'm wondering if my new 214270 has anti-reflective coating since it's much clearer than my others SS models. But unlike the new sub website page, there's no mention of it on the Explorer page.

Fairly certain there’s no AR coating on the 214270

Has anyone hear any updates on the average wartime for the explorer? My AD claims they have only seen one so far in 2020. Hoping to get one this spring

Depending on the conflict, anywhere from 2-20 yrs of wartime for an explorer.

Look at that dial! It’s one of the features that make this reference so great.
